Is there a section where users can open threads and do view exchange on links or voting?

I have searched the and can't find the right section I need vote exchange from bhw members You just click on a link I'll send you and I'll do same for you or like an fb or follow you on twitter just anything.

There are threads already regarding this . Search for them and join their skype group. You can also try websites like Addmefast.
Also search for aquaticgamer's bots for addmefast.
