Thank you very much . But i want to find a PHP script , which can be installed in web hosting , and it can automatically clone other sites . do u know any other scripts ?

or simply the command line tool wget (for linux/unix)

Long story short - no.
Website rippers and 'wget' will only save rendered html files. As PHP is a Hypertext PREprocessor, the server will render the files before sending the file to the client via http.
Even if you did manage to get your hands on the PHP files, they are essentially redundant without a matching database. In my opinion this adventure is probably a LOT more trouble than it's worth

Yes, to make a similar script. I am sure OP may misunderstand it like, if you hire a programmer, he would get the php files for him for his target site.
