Ex: Wordpress installed on server 1.. I put PHP code on that website, and edit server1 website anytime from server 2?

You can enable XML-RPC on the wordpress of server 1. Then, using server 2, send api calls to the wordpress site on server 1.

I do something similar with javascript and image ads. you can have cron or rsync update at specific times each day or weekly and have site 1 updated from site 2. I have a cron job that updates a js file on all of my money sites that way they get a standard ad set updated from one central site and i can add or remove at will and they all update. Real handy when you drop or add a advertiser.
