Is there a script to check which KWs google finds relevant for sites?

I was thinking of a script that inserts a domain name into the google keyword tool in the "website" field and then extracts the keyword values which seem relevant in google's eyes.

The reason I'm asking is because I have 5000 domains I'd like to do it with.
