well you'd have to search but there is/was one shared here on BHW where the guy used it to change a few pixels in the image to make it a bit "unique"
I think he wants totally new pics, not the same looking ones with different code
Just so I check I understand right you want basically a software that can say change the image from being say facing right to left or top or bottom automatic or semi automatic?

You want visually same image but as different binary as possible? Or do you want to generate new visually distinct images that will differ (visually) from original by a large factor? Tell us more about your end goal. Are you trying to trick someone else into thinking these are unique or you don't even care about that?

I had a program that took a picture and changed the file size multiple times also renaming it against a wordlist. I used to share the watermarked images on kazaa lmfao. I could look for it if you make it worth my time.
