Is there a Program that can Post Tweets from a File or Document?

I'm looking to post a list of defined tweets from a word or excel file over a period of time. Ideally I would like to have a list of 100 tweets and click a button and have it send out those tweets over a day or so.

I've looked all over the forums and couldn't find anything specifically that said it did this.

Tweet Adder Does This
You can Have it use a text file of tweets.
You can have it Post Tweets every X:XX-X:XX Amount of Minutes with a set maximum per day.
Can have it post in random order.
Can have Recurring Tweets. (Tweets wont be removed from the list after they are posted)

I know this because i use tweet adder 3.0
 
And make sure you get 3.0 Tweetadder 4.0 Take out some of the features as twitter requested it.
 
cool, i'll do a google search for the 3.0 version
 
I am currently making a bot for twitter as we speak that already has that option included in it.
 
grabinbox dot c0m does exactly what you need.. ive been using it for years. you can schedule the tweets to tweet how every many times per day and it will pull from the txt file and tweet them
