I'm looking for a software that can drip feed relevant do-follow links based on specific keywords and filtering by LIS.
Is there a program that can drip feed ******** links 100% automatically?

Plenty. Depends what type of link you want on which tool you go for.

Next question would be if those auto created links also get indexed and thats where the real problem is hidden. A software may build 100k links fully automatically, but if none of those 100k links get indexed its a huge problem.

That's what I'm expecting the tool to take care of. The tool should identify good sites from bad sites and post links on the good sites.

GSA SER can be tweaked to minimal details....if you add real legit text to it, real account, etc, it can actually be used to automate hand-built links.
Also if you hand select a list of places to submit to, SER can submit to your list only then stop.
A lot of people simply use it to blast links, but it can be a good automation tool if used in creative ways.

Go with RankerX.
You still need to index your links though. No seo tool builds links and indexes them for you.

gsa ser automatically sends links to indexer but i think thats afer stopping the SER (fix me if im wrong)
and theres 7day default drip feed on indexification
automatic dripfeed might not be the best because tier2/3 links just come too fast to index them all instantly
