Is there a program (pref free) that can crack R@R files?

Now, soon ill be coming into contact with password encrypted R@R files, and Im guessing they will have a complex/long password added to it.

The question is,

is there software out there at the moment, (preferably free, doesn't have to be) that can crack R@R files with the strongest password encryption to gain access to the files inside?

im not talking about 1-3 character password,
it might be 5-15+ characters,
So I need a good program that could handle this,
any suggestions please are welcome (preferably from people with knowledge in format cracking)

I need a response A.S.A.P please guys, times crucial

please guys, first person to help me gets a thanks *I know thats not a good motivator, but thats All I can offer *

try this:
Code:
http://www.rarpasswordcracker.com/

whatever you do, it's going to take a long time. A brute force attack can take years...

Its possible, but not practical.

Last time i checked rar uses the AES algorithm to hash its passwords. This means that the only viable attacks would be dictionary / brute force. There is loads of software available for this ( google it! ) however these solutions will likely take months to complete - unless you get lucky with a wordlist.

Of course if you have the budget for it, the time could be reduced to a week or so with a custom hardware setup & distributed cracking software. But now your looking at about $10k if you were to build it yourself .

not possible, only way of cracking rar pass is by bruto force, and 15+ char can take some years! if it's a file you found online just type the name in big G and you might find the password...

why ask such questions on a money maker forum? Just do a little search on how long bruteforce attacks need for passed >6 chars. Have fun!

yes. but it could really take a very long time with brute force.

1. ask the person who made those protected file :D
2. Brute force using software (already mentioned above), whick taking age to finish.
