any autoblogging / RSS-based plugin can do that... Wp Robot, WP Automatic, etc.... there's literally dozens of them, just google it

I think you should get this custom-coded.

You might even make quite a bit of money selling the plugin.

Just based on the postings on this forum and similar forums, there's quite a bit of demand for this type of plugin.

Of course, you're gonna have to be ready for the legal consequences of this scraping and publishing plugin you have in mind.
