Is there a Pinterest follow lightbox for WP?

I currently have a Facebook lightbox on my page that pops up to any new user after being on my site for 4 seconds. Then can either like my FB page or close the box. Well this isn't doing shit for me, I get maybe 1 like a week.

Anyways 99% of my traffic comes from Pinterest, I want a lightbox to popup and ask the user to follow me on PInterest. Is there any plugin for this just like the FB one? I cant seem to find one.

After searching some more it looks like I will have to build my own. Will this plugin work:http://wordpress.org/plugins/lightbox-pop/ Then I will just have to add my own content in the box. Sound about right?
