I confirm a PR update on 2nd Aug which give me a PR 4 from PR1.

The problem is that since the 1st Aug, our impression and clicks decreasing horriblly. almost 30%-50% down.
From google webmaster tool, i could easily see the almost all keyword ranking is dropping.

The only thing i did in the past few days is updated a multi language version with not fully translated content(Similarity is around 50%), published online on about since 28th July

Is there any possibility site been punished due to duplicate content(en version and partially fr and en version)

I dont think that is really enough time for you to see a negative impact that quickly. This might sound funny, but do you think it could be an trend in your niche? I know that more than a few times I was nervous about being penalized, but it just ended up being a "slow" period in my industry/niche that caused slower traffic.

Are you monitoring rankings using a rank tracker? If so, how much did your rankings drop?

I do not use track rank software, i count google search queries average position, i could see the rank droped gerenally 20-30 #.
And my site is a e-commerce site which related with fineart, usually does not influenced by rush or commons season.

Oh that makes more sense. One thing that I can tell you is that for my websites, the average rank position is not even remotely accurate for my sites. I understand why you are concerned, but you need to be using rank tracking software to makes better conclusions about your rankings, not webmaster tools. You also can pinpoint ranking drops and increases by the individual date if you think it was from Penguin.

That was just a PR update. If you have too many low quality link then ofcourse it will decrease. The best way to rectify is to improve your link quality which will also increase your PR later on. Try using some BST services and you will be good to go. And don't worry about updates, they happen and will happen. Just learn and move on.

Today's new chart come out. Keep decreasing.
Fortunately, the begin point is not too high, want to see when it decreased to zero, what would happen

Today get a message at google webmaster tool saying no manual penalty been find.
So, any ideas? will be appreciated.

It's not penalty. It looks like normal. Sometimes it can do.

I think so because there was a little change in my SERP. but it was fixed after some days.
