You can either use Pdfescape.com or you can do it manually (first convert your pdf to word, then edit the word and then convert back again to PDF).
Correct. But with more than one option I wanted to know what people here thought. I thanked your post shown.

Inkscape is great. Donno if there's a Windows version for it. It edits PDF like it's a vector drawing.
