Scrapebox, but it isn't that much accurate.

can scrapebox check socks 4 Proxies? Because when i checked them in the manager, i got error 0 responses. I need to check those proxies wheter they are in an email spam blacklist

Zennoposter Proxy Checker can check them against spamhaus and others.
