I haven't put up a service yet on BHW but i'm interested in starting one. I have opt in numbers that you can purchase. I will give you a demo set of 5,000.

There is no such thing as "opt in" SMS number for sale. Legally speaking (from a U.S. law perspective) you cannot buy a SMS list from ANY provider and market to them as if you had them opt in to your list/campaign.
The laws are very strict on this type of marketing. Not bashing your proposed service. Just informing BHW that should you buy these lists (or any other) and market to them you will be in direct violation of regulations/laws if you are in the U.S. Penalties are crazy for these violations and they are scrutinized much more heavily than email spam.
Additionally....fun fact, in the U.S. even if you do get "opt in" SMS leads with PROPER consent (important), you can ONLY market to them the specific campaign they "opted into." And again, these have to have been acquired by you and your site personally, not bought.
Example: If a web visitor opts into a weight loss campaign you cannot market anything to them except that specific weight loss product/service.
