Hey,

I am looking for a tool that scrapes massive amounts of keywords. Is there anything besides scrapebox that can do this? I don't really want scrapebox because I got no use for it otherwise.

Hopefully someone can help out here.

Hey there,

where do you want these keywords to be scraped from ? I assume you are speaking about search engines, right ?

If you are trying to scrape massive amounts of KW then it sounds like you might need scrapebox. BTW its a Great tool

If you're looking to scrape massive amounts of keywords then you're best off buying something good. Getting Scrapebox just for the keyword scraper might just be worth you while in this case.
It really depends on what you call "massive"
You can always just use Google Adwords keyword tool. That's 100% free.

I know one is called tube scrapper. Tube scrapper takes the GAKT file with your keywords and traffic estimates and automatically goes out and finds the number of results. You could go for that.

Thanks given to all useful responses. Appreciate it a lot.

I have a few options right now I am going to work with. Along with the Scrapebox option, which I am seriously considering after all your responses. Even though I didn't before. What I am wondering though is how Scrapebox scrapes the keywords. Is it like scraping from suggestions, or just from every single way possible?

I don't really mind where it's scraped from. Basically every single place where it can get keywords from. Search engines, metatags, Amazon, Ebay, etc etc. I just need huge volumes.

When I was scraping my own wordpress list I used a dictionary from Open Office (/Libre office or whatever they call it now), there is more than enough keywords for that. Assuming you are not targeting anything, like me. I was just scraping every wordpress blog out there.
(you can also combine it with keywords from Google wonder wheel or something)

I am actually targeting something. I need to know every single search phrase people in my market uses. For several reason.

One of the reasons is so I can create more PPC campaigns.

Right now I have 107 keyword groups in my campaign for this promotion. Each keyword group has 3 keywords on average. And each of those sends right around 2.5 visitors per day on average. And I need to scale it up.

Btw: If anyone else has experience with Adwords or Adcenter with massive keywordlists like this... I'd love to connect.

Also, if there are any tools to make this process a lot simpler, I'd love to hear about it, too. :)

Well, for PPC you need the exact opposite of my approach, carefully picked keywords. I would pick them manually from Google adwords, it's worth the time.

As I implied, I know how to do keyword research. I just don't know how to get massive amounts of keywords. But I will go for scrapebox. :)

Thanks!

If its leads you are looking for you could just double up with another ppc campaign account?
