I use webmail notifier add-on for firefox, works great.

You could always forward all your different accounts to one main account, so you only have one to check.

I not read enough the first post, I'm not looking for the same king of program but if someone here know something that could works for ? ->

I'm looking for a program that could check large list of mail adresses+passwords, I dont need to checks emails inside, I just want to check if the combination mail+pass is working or not, to check list of buyed accounts.
