Is there a dictionary out there for these abbreviations?

Noob here. I was wandering if someone could make or direct me to a (free) "dictionary" for all the abbreviations I keep seeing in posts so I can actually understand what I`m reading and put it to use.
For example: VPS, PR1, PR2+, SERP, etc. I read like 100 posts daily on here but at the end of the day, I only really grasp on to 40% of what I take in.
