Is there a country that you can host content without a model release form

For example. A lot of the content on well known P&rn hub type sites got taken down due to needing everyone featured to have an id etc. I get that and respect it, But is there a country that you could host adult films where not eveyone has left there id and want to remain annonomous. For example a party scene where two of the men are married. Do you know if there are places to host such stuff.

I am not trying to help anyone host anything but good wholesome adult entertainment but where people may want to stay private
