Is there a comprehensive guide/settings/examples/optimized list for Jarvee accounts?

This is my second time having a go with Jarvee and the first time I really screwed up and lost some big very oldFacebooks and an Instagram. It put me off and I didn't renew for a few months. Now i'm giving it another go

I seem to have twitter set up fairly good but i'm sure it can be better.

I saw a guide here on how to set up Instagram perfectly but can't seem to find it again.

Is there a list of optimal Jarvee settings for all of the accepted accounts so they do not get banned etc? Nothing greedy... just steady and safe. Is it something to be found for VIP area only? as I am upgrading very soon and would understand completely if this was the case. It is spoonfeeding after all.

So basically a guide for setting up and safely running all the accounts Jarvee can work with (im only looking for safe settings for the top 6 but i'm sure it would help others for all-
