Is there a click bomb tool?

Is there a tool that either repeatedly clicks on a website's ads (preferably using a proxy list) or that clicks ads from a Google search?

I was more thinking of Adwords and the ads from the competition. It would not click your own ads, but clicks all the competition, just enough to cost them enough money to make their business unprofitable.

Anything like this out there?

Don't be a moron, people put alot of hard work getting there sites to work and they live off them, why not put the same effort in, instead of trying to ruin someones livelyhood.
