Tools or chrome extension don't work good now as the limits per account have gone super low.
There were multiple tools like Profilebud, Profilemate, GrowMeOrganic, InstaReaper, etc.
But they are either dead or impossible to work with due to low limits.

You can check out agencies doing this task for you.

You need to get custom bot for scraping. It is best that way to save your time
