Is there a batch video splitter available?

I've got several video files that I'd like to batch split in half and save the first halves to another folder. I've looked around but can't find anything that does just what I need.

Any ideas?

I have the Mass Video Blaster from Blastersuite, but I don't think it can do this.

I dont know of one but that sounds really easy to make. PM me and ill program something up for free.

I've just discovered that MVB can actually take off a certain amount of each video from the ends, then append another video, which is exactly what I need to do.
