Is the weight-loss market too saturated?

Promoting weight-loss products these days seem to be such a cliche these days. With so many out there, is it even worth trying to compete in this over-saturated market?

As an affiliate i think you may have a problem building a good list; there is plenty of competition in the niche, but it's certainly not supersaturated. There is a reason it's an evergreen niche.
If you're not already banking i would suggest articles and forums which link to a squeeze page with a great giveaway.
