Is the traffic on this website legit?

They have around 300k daily page views but rank no where on Google. My friend was planning to do a paid advertorial on their website but is skeptical now. Are manipulating the traffic? How do I find out if a website has legit views?

Well, they are clearly botting their likes and retweets on Twitter. You can see here, they have a lot of retweets and likes on some tweets (and no replies), and absolutely 0 on others. The accounts who retweeted and liked are fake.

So you know they're at least faking their Twitter stats.

This is matter to think, 300k daily page views is really a Big think but still No ranking.

I'm also in thinking to know the valid reason.

It has ranking keywords for sure, check semrush or ahref, free version is enough, the site ranked a lot of keywords, so the traffic number could be allright.
