@IM Dude said, it will count as 10 different backlinks, but they'll not help too much because...
- they'll come from the same domain (blogspot), which is a web 2.0, therefore it has very little ranking power
- although it's 10 backlinks it's still only 1 RD, and google cares more about RDs than about backlinks
You can have 1 million backlinks, but if they all come from the same site (RD) you're going to have a hard time ranking. 50 links from 50 sites is much better than 100 links from 1 site.
Whether or not you'll rank with 10 blogspot links depends on the type of keyword and niche you have, although most of the time those 10 blogspost links will be garbage no matter if they're d0follow or nofollow. Google knows that links that are free to get, easy to get, or free AND easy to get are the favorite links of everyone, so they devalue them most of the time.
If you need links capable of moving rankings you need to either pay (handsomely, too), or work your ass off to get them (do outreach, provide stellar content, etc).
Moral of the story: 1 blogspot link or 1 million blogspot links = poor / no results, therefore get only 1 link from blogspot and then move on to more important stuff!
