You need a minimum of 3 months of revenue and traffic statistics
to be deemed as professional. Also those domain appraisal sites are
complete false and garbage, don't waste your time on them.

Won't sell unless it's making some money and at 10cent a click you must be monetizing it wrong. When your first created the site did you intend adsense you be your main source of income? Did you check the CPC?
Look at alternative way of making money with the site there are many throughout the forum. The niche matters a lot of course can enlighten us on that?
