You need a minimum of 3 months of revenue and traffic statistics
to be deemed as professional. Also those domain appraisal sites are
complete false and garbage, don't waste your time on them.

Revenue is the major factor to consider while estimating the worth of a site.
Your monthly revenue for 2 months period?

I don't buy or sell sites, but I would imagine a 70% bounce rate would definitely lower the value of the site. Perhaps try to get that down to at least 50% and see if you can get more for it (if bounce rate affects value - like I said, I'm not sure).

Revenue has not been so good CPC of just 10 cents.
May be a better monetization can fetch more.

1 month isn't good enough. Normally people need the stats of atleast 6-12 months. So I ain't sure if you can get a good price for a website based on 1 month stat

Won't sell unless it's making some money and at 10cent a click you must be monetizing it wrong. When your first created the site did you intend adsense you be your main source of income? Did you check the CPC?

Look at alternative way of making money with the site there are many throughout the forum. The niche matters a lot of course can enlighten us on that?
