Is the sidebar always visible on tablet?

Right now, I'm playing around with my Ad Inserter settings.

For mobile, I have in-content ads. On desktop, I have sticky sidebar ads, so I'm not using the in-content ads. When it comes to tablet, I'm not sure if the sidebar is always visible.

I would like to avoid showing both sticky sidebar, and in-content ads, as that's a bit overkill in my opinion. In the preview of the WordPress customizer, the sidebar is visible, but at a certain breakpoint, it disappears.

So, what do you think: Is there always a sidebar on tablet?
