15% is a great conversion rate. My issue is im reading lospollos shaves leads. I'm seeing people making basically pennies per conversion. Doesnt some feasible to dump money into ad spend for such insanely low amounts

LosPollos cooperates with advertisers directly and they can filter some conversions. As was mentioned on BHW, advertisers on LosPollos are free to choose payout amount for every publisher and lower it in case if your leads don't make any purchases.

Haven't tested Trafficjunkey. I'm promoting Los Pollos from 2018, but last/this year their conversion drops drastically.

It could be really worse as other mentioned. However, it is not a secret that the networks monitor and control your (leads) and your conversion ratio. However, the process depends from network to network. Anyway, multiple times I got zero leads with higher traffic volume than that one you mentioned working with other network and not Lospollos. It depends on the traffic quality and many other factors.

does anybody else remember that last year we were all getting 3.60 dollar commission from USA conversions? now we only get 2.40 dollar from usa.. i was making 35 40 dollars a day last year and after the commissions from usa dropped from 3.60 to 2.40 i only make around 20 dollars after getting 10 conversions from USA.
