As the process of secret chat hacking was published with screenshots and commands step by step I think it can be trusted..

Safest messenger i know is Threema and Telegram. Let's be honest, messenger can be super mega secure, but if no one using it - it pointless

Privacy is great, but..for what purposes this OP safety may be sued? weapon or drug dealing? Dont think that I need so much security during my everyday life

Yep, also head about it and u know what? Such messengers argue that they delete all the data, but in fact it is just become hidden. Seems like people may sue such messengers for this, cuz someone may really rely on it

If they actually gonna sue someone i don't thunk they gonna win, all products have end-user license agreement, where they wrote everything to just not to get sued. I am pretty sure you not read it. South park actually made a episode about license agreement, HumancentiPad.
