is the Link Wheel still in action ? Anyone using it in 2015

just wanted to know , is anyone using the link wheel anymore, if so , I would highly appreciate if one could point out the detail method used. how many web 2.0 properties , anchor text ratio , how many posts on each property etc

As far as I am aware it is not really in use anymore. The big thing being one way backlinks now to leech authority from another site to your money site

No it is not, it is a very obvious link scheme to notice, and even though I haven't tested it lately I highly doubt it would be worht the time you;d spend testing.

The more random and constant link building the better. One easy strategy to follow is to build high quality, manual mix of different types of backlinks. Just 2-3 a day. I have ranked quite few websites this way. Results also come faster than expected for such a slow link building with new sites usually ranking for many good keywords within 2-3 months.

Personally, this process in not workout in 2015. It takes more time compared with other process.
