I want to make a static website but with an intro in full HD made in Adobe After Effects. It will be that bad from a SEO point of view? How can affect the SEO optimisation?

If you really need an animated intro, be sure to also place a real HTML link leading to your main content. It is still not optimal though.

If you have an intro page with no text then that's bad (obviously). If you have the intro in addition to text (eg. hide the text underneath the flash using absolute positioning) then it's fairly neutral. Flash in itself is neither a pro nor a con - you still need to do your on page SEO and internal linking properly. Don't waste your front page link juice by just having a flash splash page that doesn't go anywhere from the SE spider's viewpoint.

Put at least a single text link to your home page. If you make it full flash, its very bad. One of my clients site got deindexed from G because they changed it in to full flash.

Flash means that there's no content on the webpage to see for Google. So yes, it's bad for SEO if your whole website is flash.

Here's the intro: websitetemplatesonline.com/premium/after-effects-intros-type/32219.html

How can I place some text in addition to that intro I posted above?

I havent read the other replies... time... but stay away from flash intros, flash headers are cool and okay... I've ranked top spots okay with that. All flash sites suck. Some may tell you Google now can read flash sites.... Okay then where are they ranked? Show me. My 2 pennies for you good luck

I have noticed problems with my rankings when I use any flash at all.

I would suggest placing your intro into a youtube video that you keep on the page with a large Full Screen button so that people can easily click for the full effect if they would like.
