Expired domain abuse is where an expired domain name is purchased and repurposed primarily to manipulate search rankings by hosting content that provides little to no value to users. Illustrative examples include, but are not limited to:​


  • Affiliate content on a site previously used by a government agency
  • Commercial medical products being sold on a site previously used by a non-profit medical charity
  • Casino-related content on a former elementary school site

We would wait to see.

There examples are too obvious. These days people use domains in the same niche or very close. If we go by their examples alone. Then there's no cause for alarm. But I know it won't be.
 
I thought these niches you mentioned were obviously dead, If they can't survive a manual check, then its always risky. For casino site, the PBN domain should be an old gaming site, or worst, a digital media media entertainment company.

For a martial arts blog for example, then a fitness site would be perfect for a PBN, you wouldn't have an issue with something as niche relevant as that, speak to @Nargil about buying a domain that is relevant, and read @splishsplash encyclopedic guides on SEO and topical authority (he manages a ton of PBNs), and see what they maybe have to say on the subject. They probably have some of the most interesting metrics to draw knowledge from.
 
Seem money sites will be more in trouble than PBNs.

Quality setup PBN's only potential problem that it links out, not the content.

If you changed topic too drastically, that's another matter.
 
According to me pbn won't end , good quality pbn costs high so many build spamy pbn's and get suffered.
quality pbn's gives you web boosting.
 
Only the things are changed the practise of doing it still the same and it is still working
