Is the CJ team supportive and helpful?

I'm considering joining Cj's affiliate program and I'm eager to hear feedback from you guys. Has anyone here had experience working with them? I would love to hear about your firsthand experience and any insights you can share.

I joined a while back but must confess that I didn't contact their support as much as I should have. It was the advertiser that approved, and later cancelled me. My experience with affliliate programs is that they won't share what's working for other affiliates, but they may give you some ideas, so you have to "read between the lines".
