Is the Amazon 90 day cookie still a thing?

When adding a product into a shopping cart. I have a hunch that something happened to the cookie policy a while back but can't find it.

Sorry buddy, it's not a thing any more. I don't remember it being 90 days (I thought it was 30), but now it's 24 hours only. Bit of a bummer really since it was a great way to claw some money back if they didn't buy anything the first time they hit Amazon.

some plugins are more like easyazon and prosciate
 
Yeah, I meant EasyAzon exactly. There's an option to add a product into visitors shopping cart once they click through.
