I was thinking this is scam but why to don't give a try ?
I sent them an email telling them that i'm interested on iphone 4 of 32gb...
I ask them why they are not selling on ebay or amazone? they say me because all they clients were internations ...
they told me that i can sent 50% of payment and they will sent the product via fedex... I don't know why I just trust like a fool on them and that day i sent 150$ via moneygram ( they were not accepting paypal :O)
and in the money gram transfer informations he give me a female name with state and country and zip code (that are not needed ) anyway i sent them the money and i sent out the moneygram code... after they receive they sent me an email like they have got scamed from other clients so i have to sent next 150$ ... I email they and i told them that i need more facts and evidences (like photos of iphones or videos ) and they reply me :

We don't take photos of our products, not even to our wholesale customers placing orders of 500-1500 units weekly, cos we have them all stored in our warehouse and send it out from there directly to the shipping company for shipment.

Now I something is telling me that they are scams.. but something is telling me that they are not..... but until i got no photos??? or facts ? how can i confirm that they are or they aren't scams?
Please need your help what to do in this case ?

This is a scam! Just forget your $150. Don't talk to them again.

It's a scam. Either they'll just take the money you've already sent, or if they're willing to risk it they may send you a genuine phone and try to get you to send in a bigger order which they will then take and run. Either way it's an old scam and been around for years.

It's funny how they suddenly state they've been scammed by a lot and therefore need another 150...Forget about it.

so what can i do to take money back? i have full adress of this scamer i mean ... if someone receive money on moneygram it must have a id ... so this can exist ....

I won't recommend to do anything, but if it was someone who had scammed me and they lived nearby within a 10 km radius I'd say; Use your imagination.

Mine stretches pretty far.

All of them who are advertising this they all are scam .
I talked with many of them .
