Hey,I bought traffic (1000) for my website and all the people that visited the page have different ip address,are in different locations,have different browsers,different operation systems but none of them stayed longer than 5 seconds on the page and did nothing there is that fake traffic/bots? Thanks in advance.

Such traffic is of a low quality and wasting of your money. It is better to build your own network of backlinks.
