I'm on adult niche and my conversion rate is 6-7 leads per 100 clicks. I'm earning $15 per 100 clicks. Is that bad, average, or good?

Adding to what priince said, how much are you paying for traffic? You also need to consider that

I would say you're doing pretty good. A conversion rate of 6-7% is something nice to have. The question is if you can scale it, while maintaining the CR.

It's organic traffic from search engines. I don't pay any money, only for backlinks.

I think you have a good conversion rate. Usually conversion rate of around 2% as far as I have observed.

2% Is average eCommerce transaction rate!

What OP is mentioning is leads converion rate, which should be usually in the 10-15% depending on industry and traffic.

Than how those leads convert, is the real conversion rate, which will tell you whether your Leads conversion rate is even worth it.

Example: got 1000 clicks > got 150 opt in > Converted 15 of those to sales - Your conversion rate is both 15% (CT to Leads) and also 10% (Leads to Sales) - depending on what goal you measure.

but your actual conversion rate is 1.5% in that case. how many CLICKS resulted in SALES is the raw conversion rate.

you would also measure ROI like this (Sales from total ad spend) and not with "CPL" - unless you are the one getting paid for the leads. (just to clarify that means, you dont meassure ROI on leads that you are going to convert to sales yourself later, you can measure its conversion rate, but not ROI, since only closed deals will be a RETURN on your investment)
