hello guys
is that any good idea to ping my blogs rss feeds to a really high pr websites?
i have collect a massive list form SB of PR 5/9 i ready to ping all my blogs rss feed!!
is that good idea for serps or bad??

I have heard good and bad about pinging. I think it has to do with the website you use to ping.

Helps with Alexa in the beginning but to move with Google and sustain your position you are still going to have add backlinks.
