Haha by watch only YT videos ? Go google or download more related stuff on POD. It is no longer as easy as before. Especially currently having this Coronavirus pandemic.

There are millions of POD platform at the moment, take a look at the others before choosing one

anything in internet marketing can work if you put out good content, good value, good quality that people want. If you don't then you will get penalized by google, facebook, and even the people looking at your content (high bounce rate)

It is possible to make money with teespring, but I definitely don't recommend it. There are much better methods where you don't have to spend that much money and where the products have a cheaper base price. I suggest you look into printful, test, redbubble, Amazon Merch and probably the best thing there is out there: Shopify (It costs something but it is worth EVERY cent).

If you have any questions, shoot ahead!

Also if you stay focused on your projects. People will always buy tee shirts etc and it's a case of getting out new designs quickly.

This is not even remotely answering the question

It's worth it if u got designs

for someone who has been in IM as long as you; I'm surprised you don't agree.

@fc-dh doesn't agree with you because your answer is just too vague. It's like saying you can become anything you want if you put enough work and dedication into something, even a President, which we all know is not true :D

@danielcraig9 'Teespring years' when you could throw any design on a t-shirt and sell a ton of them are long gone. Now POD is way harder and needs a different approach. It is way better to go market first approach, meaning you find a passionate audience and do A TON of research and try to find what they want and would wear. They have to look at a design and say 'I WANT THIS'. Once you get them to do that, you win :)

Good luck!

Selling shirts have nothing to do with FB/Google as long as you stick to the rules like copyright and such, and great content, that old Matra again?

This isn't a blog or a site OP is trying to rank, what you might think is "bad content" I could think that is goddam hilarious I ama buy that shirt, there is no "HQ content" when it comes to shirts or POD in general as it is all relative.

That is what i meant.

yea it was vague but way too many newbies come to this forum for trying to make a quick buck but end up creating garbage and spamming the web. The web needs quality content in other words for this guy, he needs to create quality designs to 'make it'

In my own opinion, Print on Demand still works. It does not matter which POD company you use. Teepsring, Redbubble, Printify, Amazon Merch etc. What matters most is your Niche, Design and Target Audience.

However, gone are the days when you could just design anything, use Facebook ads and you get tons of sales.

First of all - Facebook ads have become so expensive in recent years, and they have also made it more difficult in recent times. 2 years ago you could run PPE Ads for a few cents $0.05 per engagement and make a whole lot of sales. However that is almost nearly impossible now - except you are really lucky with some quite viral product.

You need to run Traffic or Conversion Ads to make some decent sales. And it can cost you anywhere on average between $1 to the ceiling. Most new sellers without the experience, knowledge or money tend to quit before they actually begin to see result.

Usually I spend between $200 to $300 just to find out if a t-shirt is going to be successful or not before scaling up. And even with this - I have to do a ton of research to really understand the demographics of my target group before running a laser targeted ad.

I cannot go into too much details about all the necessary steps. If I have to give a detailed answer it will take me forever to write down here.

Anyways I hope this answers your questions and gives you some more insight. Print on demand still works regardless of the platform or company you choose - but you must do your home work well.

Cheers.

If you can provide good design people will want to spend $20-$25 on a tshirt the platform you use will matter very little.

You can be using Teespring, Redbubble, TeeChip, etc.

It´s more of a matter of the quality of your designs and how well you market them.

Personally, if I was going to enter the POD business WITHOUT a website, Teespring will be my top choice.

It still works but its a lot more difficult to start. The platforms are full of designs, so you need to find a way to get traffic to your design. thats the key.

I tested many POD platform

The products are limited

The price too high

The printing methods are boring

If you want your own business, try search some factories and deal with them directly.
