What's your opinion? Is there a different, better tool?

Its most probably the best article spinner out there. Heard a lot about it. Tried it myself few times too and its really good.
But I bet you can find some good free spinners as well, but they have limited features as compared to TBS, and that's obvious, they are free.
A nice one is SpinnerChief, which has both free and paid versions.

But a spinner better than TBS, well, don't think so, as least not at this point of time.

Thanks for your reply! I just got a negative rep because of this thread :p

No problem mate. By the way, negative rep for this thread? LOL

It was a great product, still is but the owner isn't able to remove the bugs and more importantly, he isn't too good at listening to all the complaints. Don't forget that the actual soul of the program, the fantastic data, is being constantly contributed by the customers. So the customers are the actual Gods that he shouldn't displease. :)

I'll admit that the basic idea behind the program is very good but the owner has too much (childish) enthusiasm, is making some huge mistakes and ruining the great software. If he removes the bugs from the software, all his customers will love him more. A update is usually a very dreaded moment for many customers -- there is only the more buggier update and the somehow-somewhat working recent version is lost due to a compulsory auto-update policy... Also, sometimes(!!) he doesn't like to leave a customer's negative report or remark on his threads. ;)

If my criticism makes things better then I would be the happiest one (critic/customer) around!

You probably got neg rep because there is only like 50 other threads about this same subject.

That helped a lot as well, thank you very much :)

Yes, I love SpinnerChief too..
I am a new starter,so I start with a free first, then think about the premium when I need them.

And to add a bit more to what I said, >>

It's still in Beta (correct me if wrong)... if you understand the concept of a beta version (bugs is one reason) then you'll understand why the product is in the beta stage for sooooo long!

Does anyone have experience with the SpinnerChief elite version?

It's a great tool!! If you buy it atleast, I have the hacked versions, so it sucks a little

TBS is no different than the free version of spinner chief if it's hacked, without "everyone's favorites" TBS is just some "random" spinner.
But TBS with everyone's favorites, makes it the best around.

Its great , I especially like the Auto spin feature when you use it in Senuke X :)

It depends for what you will be using it. For general using I believe the best choice would be spinnerchief, which actually free! However, in my situation (I am using Senuke X) The Best Spinner is truly the best, because it saves me a lot of time, by spinning articles immediately after downloading them. Moreover, price is good too, 47$/year is not a problem I believe.

Check out SpinChimp. Hell of a lot less buggy and is super quick. Also LOTS cheaper

spinchimp is 25 and free first 3months then $15 every 3 months so it's 70bucks a year, only if you go through your own aff link is it cheaper than tbs for the first year then it's the same price for the second year really. Where's the math on how it's cheaper? we are talking about tbs for 47$ right?

For synonym database size, I would have to say TBS is the biggest.
For synonym database quality, thats a whole nother argument :P

I never used TBS but I have Magic Article Rewriter (MAR) and I'm really (I mean REALLY) happy with it.

Rewriting an article so that it's readable and has low similarity percent takes a lot of time. However, having rewritten a dozen of original articles, I now have 30,000 articles at 8% similarity which I've been using on my web 2.0s for over a year now. 70% of the posts are in the main index.
