Is table salt VEG or NON-VEG?

Absolutely not!
There are millions of bacteria living on top of that salt, so is the case for veggies, water, air...
These are living creatures, so, to be truly and ultimately a vegan you have to stop moving, breathing, and existing,
Donate your body to nature and spare the rest of the world :D
(just a joke, no discrimination, no disrespect (maybe not :D))

If its Non-Veg, Do Vegans add Salt in their meals?
In my opinion, abstaining from vegetarian or non-vegetarian food only depends on whether the person uses animals or products made from them to prepare food. Salt is just a natural mineral that anyone can eat regardless of vegetarian or non-vegetarian food.

I'm non-racist, non-mysoginist, non-misandrist: I want everyone equally dead, myself included.

If its Non-Veg, Do Vegans add Salt in their meals?
Yes, vegans do add salt to their meals! While some types of salt, like sea salt or table salt, are completely plant-based, certain specialty salts (such as some flavored salts or iodized salts with additives) may contain animal-derived ingredients. However, most vegans use regular salt without any issues.

Were you thinking about a specific type of salt?
