Is still there Keywords for newbies ???

I understand OP situation as myself has been through frustration from dead end keyword research. One of the main reason of that stress is because the competition level and no EMD available after finding keywords that i really want.
I also think that those situation happen because that is the way everybody doing their keyword research and leaving the last person with no EMD available and tougher competition.
That is when BHW come as a really open source of knowledge to break that frustration, i've learn so much here and found great resouces to help me and motivate me.
I don't think i can help OP with a method to find easy or golden keyword because that is one thing i want to master myself. But for those who in the same boat as i am, just be patience and don't rush thing up. Yes, there will be failure from buying domain & hosting after researching keyword only to find it was a waste. But i bet that was every successful marketer out there has also been through in their early days.
What made them successful today is because they stick to it, they keep going after failure, after failure. That is what i'm certain of.

anyway i do find this url that you can use as the initial keyword research, i can't seem to find any easy keyword from this tool btu it does generate a lot of keyword ideas.

I can find 100 niches in an hour. I really do not understand why you are so much involved in "not finding anything".

Can you please give some examples about the non-existent niches? (hope you are not struggling with health and wealth niches)
