Is Sprout Social any good?

Lately I have been using buffer and hootsuite to schedule & manage my different social media accounts. I received an email about using sprout social, it looks cool but is it better? Buffer and Hootsuite are free and do everything I need, however if it offers me some more beneficial features I wouldn't mind paying the extra fee or if anyone has a system that would be a better alternative to all 3 that would be nice as well.

We're a bit more robust than Hootsuite or Buffer in terms of features and functionality (eg: analytics, CRM, Reader integration). We are a bit different in regards to the social inbox. Users add the social profiles they manage, as well as any keywords around the brand and mentions and comments come in our single stream Smart Inbox.
