I wanted to know if sparktraffic represents a danger for a website in terms of SEO? can it bring a risk of getting penalized by Google or ranking degradation?

They're a low-grade bulk traffic generator type of service.
I'd like to say no, but you run that risk with any type of fake traffic/backlinks, etc.

I've just used the demo for now! everything worked fine unlike 9hits, the bounce rate was well respected but if you tell me it's dangerous I won't go any further!
In fact I don't care about visits, I want to Rank naturally by doing SEO, but I'm looking for a way to get impressions on banners displayed on my site otherwise the contract will be stopped
The banners are tracked via Revie adserver which counts impressions and clicks and they are injected via script of this type ( Revive Adserver Asynchronous JS Tag - Generated with Revive Adserver v5.4.1.....)Attachments

So, you can always run a test. I personally wouldn't run this on a website I considered a real money project.
if I were to (and already have) test this service, I'd create a site I don't care about on a new domain. An easy niche. And test the service out over time doing nothing different than a normal project.

Overall, I don't think any type of existing traffic on a website affects the website's chances with SEO. I'm yet to see ay evidence that suggests traffic would increase or decrease your performance with SEO. But SEO is not the only thing to consider. If you intend to monetize your website with ads, any form of traffic that isn't real human traffic would get your website banned.Hello

Based on previous feedbacks, it's just very low quality traffic for your website, I don't see how it could be something good or desirable for your business
