tbh never used them but i think they’re part of namecheap? might be okay for small/medium projects.
still looking for something stable with fast support, so if someone has hands-on experience, would love to hear it.

They are a namecheap spinoff. It's shared hosting and the machines are configured to handle low traffic.
Once your load value goes above 0.5 (meaning you start to consume more than 50% of your shared hosting's resources) they will start sending you emails to reduce load and if you don't, they terminate your site without warning.
A client of mine had to deal with this when his wordpress site got nuked by a crawling script and regularly keep pushing his load.

No. It's a metric of any Linux machine that shows how much hardware resources are in use. its a number between 0 and 1. So if your load goes above 0.5, it means you are using more than 50% of your allocated resources.
