what do you guys think? will they actually get to go ahead with sopa? if so do you reckon it will change the game for good?

no, it will stop the game with the help of PIPA & OPEN, you can basically unplug your computer if these will pass, but they won't :)
 
SOPA will never be implented. if it does the US gouverment is retarded..
 
All the major internet companies are against SOPA and PIPA. If they were to get passed people would honestly be up in arms.
 
i hope they dont pass this shit and im not even from usa im from uk it will seriously fuck the internet up and i will end up loosin alot of money :(
 
SOPA will not survive in its current form.
The DNS blackout is likely to be strikken from a final bill.

Compare it to the DMCA. It modified the game with take-down notices, but did not change it fundamentally. SOPA, once it will be passed will have the same effect.
 
Sopa isnt going to be passed dude. The gov. would not be able to handle the protests it'd cause. it has enough to deal with the Occupy Movement.
