Is something wrong with SEMRush sensor? It's so high all the time nowadays

I do check semrush volatility sensor now and then and it seems it's stuck on 9+.
That's very unusual... maybe it's broken?

likely that it's,
google is simply messing things up,
most websites with no authority will simply rank for a while and disappear,
it's the case with orphan and parasite pages as well
