Hi. i am positing this question in Tik Tok as i have not found a topic which is appropriate..

This morning i was trying to change the format for a video i wanted to watch on TV and noticed this.

It should show that i am the only admin for my PC , but saw this. Does it mean someone else is viewing my PC?. I made sure i went through my Private settings and did everything to secure this. Please advise? BTW i have edited my details but this is what shows

I think that this is typical for Windows, but it has been a while. This doesn't seem like someone is spying on you at all.

First of all, thread moved (To BHW lounge).

Secondly, this is normal to have these permissions, they are default folder permissions -

SYSTEM - this is so that the system itself always has access to your files - used for system backups, shadow copy and so on.
Administrators - so that user(s) with administrative access always have access to files and folders.
User account - I presume the one you have obscured is the name of your own user account.
Creator/owner - often you will have an additional permission as well, for creator/owner - ie the user account that actually created the file or folder.
