Is someone familiar with posting on Boredpanda.com?

Hi, I was wondering if someone is a contributor to Boredpanda.com? I recenty joined, but in the "add new post" I can only insert my links at the end. And will show like: More info: mysite.com
But I saw some posts with links naturally placed inside the articles, like this: http://www.boredpanda.com/mimi-pet-dog-earplugs-mao-yamamoto/ Can someone tell me how to do this?
It`s not a wordpress platform, I tried to put in in the html form but didn`t work. Is this possible only on aged accounts or when you published more posts?
