Is socialsbox a scam?

Before I purchased I read the FAQ and they mentioned funds not showing up after purchase, but figured I wouldn't get that unlucky. I added 20 USD through paypal out of my chequing to test the site and my balance is still $0. I have already created a ticket but upon waking up no response. Now its the end of the day and no response. Has this happened to anyone else? The transaction is pending on Paypal but the panels I used before it does not matter if im paying by CC or from my bank account the funds will be there right away regardless. I should have named the title better...

Don't use this site! Prices are too high and the support is very slow and doesn't resolve issues at all!

socialsbox are scammers.
They taken all money from my balance $229, I opened 2 tickets and they not reply!
Balance was added via Crypto - ETH.
